What you will do
- Exceed ambitious revenue targets by leading complex global renewals and expansion strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives at global banks, deepening multi-level relationships.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans, orchestrating global account teams.
- Coordinate across a matrixed organization, collaborating with technical specialists and marketing.
- Stay ahead of trends in capital markets, banking, and energy to position as a thought partner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 7+ years of success in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in financial services or capital markets.
- Proven record of exceeding $4M+ in annual sales targets, including six- and seven-figure deal cycles.
- Deep understanding of banking workflows and capital markets.
- Skilled in complex negotiations and executive-level stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
