What you will do

  • Exceed ambitious revenue targets by leading complex global renewals and expansion strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives at global banks, deepening multi-level relationships.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans, orchestrating global account teams.
  • Coordinate across a matrixed organization, collaborating with technical specialists and marketing.
  • Stay ahead of trends in capital markets, banking, and energy to position as a thought partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of success in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in financial services or capital markets.
  • Proven record of exceeding $4M+ in annual sales targets, including six- and seven-figure deal cycles.
  • Deep understanding of banking workflows and capital markets.
  • Skilled in complex negotiations and executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
