TL;DR

Hyperscale Global Account Manager (AI/Networking Sales): Driving the adoption of hirify.global's semiconductor solutions within the cloud service provider (CSP) sector with an accent on strategic sales leadership, customer relationship management, and solution selling. Focus on developing comprehensive sales strategies, building strong relationships with key influencers, and understanding customer pain points to effectively communicate hirify.global's solutions.

Location: Remote (US-based, with US work authorization required). Onsite options in Santa Clara, CA are also available.

Salary: $189,080–$283,290 per annum

What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive AI, Networking, and Custom Silicon sales strategies for top-tier Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and C-suite executives within target accounts.
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate how hirify.global's semiconductor solutions address their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, support, and manage hirify.global opportunities, creating a design win funnel and developing winning strategies.
  • Lead negotiations on terms and pricing to successfully close deals and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic account management within the semiconductor industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience calling on specific customers in cloud sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven ability to drive complex sales processes, with excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite, supply chain, and engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor solutions and their applications within cloud infrastructures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
