What you will do

• Drive automation strategy by identifying high-ROI opportunities for AI-powered internal processes and customer-facing workflows.
• Define product vision by translating business needs into functional requirements and metrics for AI modules using LLMs, embeddings, OCR, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to design and implement human-in-the-loop workflows, confidence-scoring, and validation.
• Integrate automation into existing solutions like receipt/invoice reconciliation and ad platform optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, auditability, and responsible AI implementation standards.
• Evaluate and implement technologies through vendor assessments (e.g., Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs) and PoCs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, ML, automation, or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, OCR, predictive models) and their business applications.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and vendor evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks related to AI or data automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
