What you will do

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Flagship Group, focusing on AI-powered growth.
• Translate ambiguous problems into detailed plans with clear value, scope, and success metrics.
• Conduct customer and internal discovery to validate problems and de-risk solutions.
• Write PRDs and decision documents to align stakeholders and drive clarity.
• Collaborate with Design and AI-equipped engineers to ship reliable and delightful experiences.
• Analyze success metrics to iterate on products and guide future strategic bets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• 2–3 years of experience leading large, complex 0→1 initiatives or major revamps.
• Proven technical track record in building integrations and APIs.
• Expertise in leveraging AI tools to multiply professional impact.
• Strong startup mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and find the MVP.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered products (agentic workflows, LLM selection, prompt engineering).
• Familiarity with the real estate industry.
