What you will do

• Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts, focusing on automation and resolution rates.
• Identify deployment blockers and develop platform fixes to scale improvements across all customers.
• Collaborate with enterprise CX leaders to design and execute AI transformation roadmaps.
• Build and enhance agent capabilities across support, shopping, voice, and social platforms.
• Develop evaluation systems, including QA suites, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
• Manage full launch cycles from internal testing to GA and conduct product demos for customer communities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, solutions engineering, or forward deployment.
• AI-native mindset with proficiency in tools like Claude and Cursor.
• Technical ability to scope webhooks, OAuth flows, and complex integrations independently.
• Proven experience in CX (Customer Experience) and deep understanding of operational challenges.
• Ability to advise CX leaders on organizational design and transformation strategy.
• Remote: Canada or Latin America preferred.
