What you will do
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for AI services, including APIs, transcription, scoring, and retrieval layers.
- Manage the Desktop Intercept client, focusing on OS integration, performance, and privacy-by-design.
- Prioritize and oversee integrations with major CCaaS, CRM, and telephony platforms.
- Define and enforce latency, cost, and safety guardrails for all AI-backed services.
- Write crisp, actionable one-page specifications for engineering teams.
- Partner with the Workspace PM to ensure seamless integration between backend services and agent-facing UIs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
- Strong technical background with the ability to reason about APIs, latency budgets, and failure modes.
- Proven experience shipping products to enterprise customers at scale.
- Direct experience managing LLM-backed services in production, including evaluation and guardrails.
- Deep understanding of integration ecosystems like CCaaS, CRM, and telephony.
- Business fluency with the ability to frame product decisions in terms of ARR, retention, and margin.

- Experience with desktop or native-client capture, CTI, or contact-center telephony.
