What you will do
- Own and grow a small portfolio of Tier 1 and selected Tier 2 enterprise accounts in the energy and oil ecosystem.
- Develop long-term account strategies and expansion plans across regions, brands, and business units.
- Build and orchestrate buying centers with multiple senior stakeholders (commercial, supply chain, logistics, IT).
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from opportunity mapping to negotiation, close, and expansion.
- Build and defend clear ROI and productivity cases on C-level.
- Partner closely with Customer Success and technical teams to ensure smooth roll-outs and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise B2B sales with deal sizes above €300k.
- Proven wins across 6–12 month sales cycles with 5+ stakeholders.
- Executive presence and crisp, compelling communication with senior stakeholders.
- Background in SaaS, IoT, or other tech-led solutions.
- Challenger mindset.
- Fluency in English required.
Nice to have
- Experience in Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI / eVMI), supply chain, or logistics optimization.
- Experience in business transformation or digitalization programmes at energy / oil & gas or industrial companies.
- Strategy / operations consulting with a focus on energy, industrials, or logistics.
- Enterprise solutions for asset-heavy industries.
- German language skills are a strong plus.
