What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed strategic account plans for high-value enterprise customers.
• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering).
• Identify, qualify, and close complex expansion opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate the virtual account team.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts using Salesforce.
• Lead negotiations for enterprise-level agreements and renewals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a quota-carrying, enterprise-focused B2B SaaS sales role.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, 6- and 7-figure deals.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical leaders and business executives.
• Strong understanding of the German business culture and enterprise landscape.
