What you will do

• Achieve sales targets and outcomes on a quarterly schedule.
• Build hirify.global’s brand and present, promote, and sell hirify.global solutions in the territory.
• Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and supporting functions for customer experience.
• Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in sales.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-orientated approach to territory planning and personal performance.
• Must be based in the Munich office.
