Salary: $215,000–$258,000 + target equity + benefits

What you will do

• Own the entire design process from strategy to execution for your product area.
• Work on user experience across Core product features within the hirify.global app.
• Lead the end-to-end process for solving UX/UI design problems: ideate, conceptualize, test, and refine.
• Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Lead user interviews to inform product design strategy and understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, customer success, marketing) to design intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Product Design/UX/UI or related role.
• Demonstrated experience with sketching, wireframes, visual design, and prototyping for product experiences.
• Experience with advanced prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer, Sketch, Figma, InVision).
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools to shape design strategy and deliver impactful AI-driven experiences.
• Passion for empowering small business owners and high empathy for customers.
• Experience navigating ambiguous high-growth, fast-paced product-driven environments.
