TL;DR

Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Demand Generation): Developing and executing impactful marketing programs with hirify.global VAR, MSP and Distribution partners that generate demand and accelerate partner sales pipeline with an accent on driving partner adoption of marketing toolkits and scalable lead generation programs. Focus on collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns and managing MDF investments to support partner growth objectives.

Location: Hybrid role requiring presence at a U.S. office, specifically in Mountain View, CA, Draper, UT, or Raleigh, NC. Remote work within the United States is also an option. This role requires up to 30% travel.

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a partner marketing demand generation plan with measurable quarterly targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance against goals, ROI of marketing investments, and impact on bookings.
  • Build and drive partner adoption of marketing toolkits, playbooks, and templates.
  • Work proactively with partner managers and strategic partners to build and deliver joint marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage MDF investments, including planning, execution, and results tracking.
  • Collaborate with field marketing to amplify customer events and initiatives through partners to expand reach and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technology marketing experience, including at least 5 years developing and executing demand generation initiatives with technology channel partners.
  • Experience working directly with partners to drive mutual sales and marketing goals.
  • Expertise in building and executing co-branded lead generation campaigns leveraging digital, social, and virtual/in-person events.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce.com, Outreach, and Stensul.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and a passion for data-driven metrics.
