Location: Remote (US). The company has a presence in Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; and San Antonio, TX.

What you will do

  • Develop high-impact sales playbooks, battle cards, and scripts to enable partners to pitch hirify.global.
  • Design and deploy scalable "Campaign-in-a-Box" kits for partners to launch lead-gen campaigns quickly.
  • Orchestrate pipeline-focused joint roadshows, dinners, and targeted workshops with partners.
  • Create a repeatable event framework for regional teams and partners to spin up local field events.
  • Establish frameworks for handling co-marketing requests, Marketing Development Funds (MDF) allocation, and asset delivery.
  • Measure key performance indicators including Partner-Sourced Pipeline, Deal Registrations, and MDF ROI.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years specifically in Partner/Channel marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the GSI/TSD/MSP landscape.
  • Proven ability to build and scale revenue-driving marketing programs from the ground up.
  • Adept at distilling complex technical capabilities into clear commercial value propositions.
  • Data-obsessed, with proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Sheets for tracking and analysis.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience leveraging Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Technology Services Distributors (TSDs) for Enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with the telecom, CPaaS, Voice API, or AI infrastructure landscape.
  • Experience with PRM tools (PartnerStack, Salesforce communities) and Marketo.
  • Design skills (Canva/Adobe) for quick campaign edits.
