Field Marketing Manager: Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing and demand generation strategies within a specific geographic region to drive strategic business growth. Location: On-Site in Arlington, VA, USA. This position requires 50% domestic travel by air and car within the US and is based out of one of multiple US offices.
Salary: $120,000–$125,000 annually.

What you will do
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing and demand generation strategies, including events, campaigns, and channel programs.
- Align marketing initiatives with North American stakeholders and global headquarters in Sweden.
- Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget, including OPEX and CAPEX, and report marketing program ROI to senior leadership.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to drive impactful solutions.
- Direct, mentor, and develop a team of Field Marketing Coordinators, Experience Center Coordinators, Technical Trainers, and Marketing Interns.
- Oversee marketing automation processes, analyze performance trends, and conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a closely related field.
- 2 years of experience as a Communications or Marketing Manager.
- 2 years of experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, specifically Salesforce.
- 2 years of experience with marketing automation and lead generation platforms, including Pardot, iCapture, Eventbrite, and Envoy.
- Experience with project management tools including SharePoint and Workday.
- Experience developing and executing channel marketing strategies and managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
