TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager: Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing and demand generation strategies within a specific geographic region to drive strategic business growth. Focus on optimizing marketing budgets, tracking ROI, and directing a team responsible for various marketing initiatives.

Location: On-Site in Arlington, VA, USA. This position requires 50% domestic travel by air and car within the US and is based out of one of multiple US offices.

Salary: $120,000–$125,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Lead development and execution of integrated marketing and demand generation strategies, including events, campaigns, and channel programs.
  • Align marketing initiatives with North American stakeholders and global headquarters in Sweden.
  • Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget, including OPEX and CAPEX, and report marketing program ROI to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to drive impactful solutions.
  • Direct, mentor, and develop a team of Field Marketing Coordinators, Experience Center Coordinators, Technical Trainers, and Marketing Interns.
  • Oversee marketing automation processes, analyze performance trends, and conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a Communications or Marketing Manager.
  • 2 years of experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • 2 years of experience with marketing automation and lead generation platforms, including Pardot, iCapture, Eventbrite, and Envoy.
  • Experience with project management tools including SharePoint and Workday.
  • Experience developing and executing channel marketing strategies and managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
