What you will do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts using flexible licensing models.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, mapping hirify.global's solutions to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams during customer onboarding, product adoption, and account transition after 12 months.
- Document customer contact and activity data in CRM/Marketing software accurately.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and implement agreed business plans.
- Promote hirify.global's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience in resolving complex issues using professional concepts and company objectives.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, and strategies.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Complete, "big-picture" understanding of business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership on account set.
- Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, security software solutions, and hirify.global products.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
