TL;DR

Senior Acquisition Account Executive: Responsible for revenue expansion and net new logos within a commercial sales team, driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature. Focus on strategically engaging C-level executives, leveraging sophisticated sales methodologies, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets and expand accounts.

Location: Remote (USA). Applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $173,000–$216,300 USD annually (base + variable)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Source, develop, and manage your own pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Strategically engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers, aligning solutions with their top business priorities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan that aligns with corporate strategy.
  • Leverage sophisticated sales methodologies (Solution-Selling, Challenger Sale, Value Selling) to drive high-impact engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (solution engineers, BDRs, customer success managers).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience selling in a SaaS organization, ideally with multi-year SaaS contracts into the C-Suite.
  • Experience managing a pipeline, closing commercial contracts, and in head hunting/strategically going after net new logos.
  • Expertise in Solution-Selling, Customer-centric Selling, Strategic Selling, the Challenger Sale, Business Impact Selling, and/or Value Selling.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Travel expectations vary, with some quota-bearing sales positions involving travel of up to 40%.
