What you will do

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of partners to ensure ongoing success and mutual growth.
• Develop strong communication channels with each partner, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Hold regular partner meetings to review performance, identify new opportunities, and deepen engagement.
• Negotiate with third parties for the continuous expansion of our network.
• Analyze partner performance data to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve partner experience, and unlock new business opportunities.

Requirements

• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for problem-solving and decision-making.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, account management, or client facing roles where you’ve built relationships and delivered results.
• Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
• A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing performance metrics to guide your actions.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, ideally with experience using CRM tools.
• Outstanding communication skills in both Spanish and Portuguese, able to engage, persuade, and influence at all levels.
