What you will do
- Generate revenue in the enterprise segment and actively build a sales pipeline.
- Chase new opportunities in strategic, named accounts and leverage various channels for new opportunities.
- Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from first contact to closing complex, multi-stage deals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, developing account strategies and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Deeply understand client challenges, identify growth opportunities, and influence internal product/operations.
- Lead complex international contracts and structure deals with legal, finance, and operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise sales or global account management within B2B services, outsourcing, or tech.
- Managed multi-stakeholder accounts and successfully closed high-value contracts.
- Ability to establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advise clients as a true partner.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills for complex deals.
- Fluency in both German and English (C-level proficiency) in writing and speaking.
