What you will do

  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships across EMEA.
  • Drive enterprise sales through partners, managing the full cycle.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Enable partner success by providing training, resources, and support for joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Represent hirify.global and partners at industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales and partner management, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and enterprise sales processes.
  • Strong ability to nurture relationships and drive joint success.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Additional languages beyond English are a strong plus.
