• Own outbound prospecting to build and execute targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
• Qualify opportunities by running tight discovery calls and needs assessments.
• Nurture leads with value-driven follow-up.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to align with campaign priorities and collaborate with Account Executives.
• Maintain the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Surface market insights to help sharpen messaging, positioning, and targeting.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Sales Associate role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or financial services.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple outreach streams.
