TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Fintech): Generating new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and qualification of potential customers. Focus on building relationships with prospects while effectively representing the company's value proposition and driving pipeline growth.

Location: New York Office

Salary: $105K – $135K

What you will do

  • Research and identify potential clients using various outreach methods including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and determine if there's a mutual fit for hirify.global' solutions.
  • Book qualified meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives to advance the sales process.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meticulously track all activities in the CRM system, nurturing leads that aren't yet sales-ready.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share market insights, and continuously refine targeting approaches.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including rapport building, empathy, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities including time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or ZoomInfo).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience.

  • Professional experience in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
