What you will do

• Publish and optimise video content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Develop and execute a YouTube growth strategy aligned with editorial priorities.
• Identify opportunities to expand audience reach and increase engagement through metadata optimisation and strategic publishing.
• Maximise content performance and support new formats in collaboration with the News Video team.
• Analyse performance data and audience insights to refine strategy and report on channel performance.
• Ensure effective cross-platform promotion of video content by collaborating with other departments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing YouTube channels with proven audience growth skills.
• Ability to write metadata and create effective thumbnails.
• Skilled at translating analytics into actionable publishing strategies.
• Strong interest in News, Fashion, or Sports content.
• Ability to work effectively across teams.
• English: B2 required
