What you will do

• Develop and lead hirify.global’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Set KPIs and growth targets for follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Create engaging, shareable content and build a vibrant community.
• Partner with creative leadership to develop and brief social-first campaigns.
• Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
• Report weekly on performance with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience developing and executing social media strategies for consumer brands.
• Proven track record of significantly growing social channels and engagement.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into compelling social-first campaigns.
• Experience managing agencies and creative partners.
• Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-growth startups or health tech environments.
• Background in zero-to-one brand building or transformation projects.
• Hands-on content creation skills (copywriting, basic design, video editing).
• Familiarity with social management tools like Planable, Sprout, Sprinklr, or Hootsuite.
