What you will do
- Create creative copy for social media and publish across social channels.
- Stimulate and sustain conversations with a brand’s audience through community management.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of editorial calendars and creative campaigns.
- Work with the creative studio to ideate and brief on engaging content.
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify business development opportunities.
- Deliver reports, performance tracking, and trend analysis to clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with brands that translate research into compelling editorial.
- Impressive understanding of social media and the value it offers brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eye for creative content and understanding of social media formats.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in using a wide variety of social platforms and tools.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Sprinklr/Hootsuite/Opal.
