TL;DR

Sales Manager, Digital Native Business (AI): Leading and coaching a team of Account Executives to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI among digital-native businesses with an accent on revenue growth and refining value propositions. Focus on integrating and deploying AI for technology companies, SaaS platforms, and digital-first organizations while advancing ethical AI development.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (expected to be in office at least 25% of the time).

Salary: £280,000–£330,000 GBP (On Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on digital-native businesses.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to exceed team revenue quotas.
  • Partner with Applied AI Engineering teams to demonstrate technical capabilities pre-sales and optimise solutions post-sales.
  • Enable your team to have credible technical conversations about AI applications with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical founders.
  • Identify and execute on new market opportunities and use cases for hirify.global's AI solutions.
  • Gather and synthesise customer feedback to inform product direction and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling into technology or digital-native companies.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally leading teams selling into digital-native or technology-first organisations.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex AI solutions and their applications.
  • Deep understanding of how digital-native companies evaluate and adopt new technologies, including developer-led and product-led buying motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multithreaded sales cycles across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels, from individual engineers to C-suite executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
