What you will do

• Own outbound prospecting with guidance across email, LinkedIn, and phone to open first conversations.
• Qualify opportunities using structured discovery against ideal customer profile.
• Nurture leads and maintain momentum with clear value communication.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns and hand off leads.
• Keep pipeline clean by logging activity and notes accurately in Salesforce.
• Support events and campaigns by engaging leads before and after.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Union Square, New York, USA
• 0-2 years experience in BDR or SDR roles, internships or campus selling experience welcome.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; Outreach or similar tools a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear, concise, and human.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple outreach streams.
• Curious, coachable, resilient, and goal oriented.
