TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Connectivity): Managing a dynamic book of accounts with a focus on outbound prospecting and strategic engagement, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Focus on developing strategic outreach plans, navigating complex buyer personas, and optimizing sales pipeline velocity.

Location: Denver, CO. This role is for Colorado residents.

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 before commissions ($75,000–$80,000 OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage a dynamic book of 300–400 accounts with a focus on outbound prospecting.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, aligning prospects with relevant hirify.global solutions.
  • Set high-quality meetings and collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Craft personalized messaging strategies tailored to industries, personas, and buyer pain points.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records to track activities, pipeline status, and key insights.

Requirements

  • 0–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • A growth mindset and a strong desire to build a career in tech sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and persuasion.
  • High energy, resilience, and comfort in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Curiosity and adaptability when learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation with a bias toward action.
