What you will do
- Build a go-to-market business plan aligned to the regional plan, continuously pushing to exceed targets.
- Create business plans for Enterprise Accounts individually and specific partners, communicating the plans to both internal BMC and partner stakeholders.
- Design and execute a go-to-market strategy, leveraging the broader ecosystem and partner network.
- Create a partner pipeline generation program to produce incremental new license revenue by developing an autonomous partner ecosystem.
- Lead as a BMC Helix brand ambassador both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Understand people and partner development.
- Experience in direct and indirect sales, with an understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Extensive network of software resellers and system integrators in the market.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and provide team leadership.
