TL;DR

Product Designer (Fintech): Crafting intuitive and accessible digital experiences for web and mobile products with an accent on usability and consistency across the design system. Focus on turning complex workflows into elegant solutions and ensuring accessibility compliance.

Location: Hybrid: Minimum of 2 days in the office per week

What you will do

Design user-centred experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
Own Figma workflows, creating and maintaining design components, libraries, and tokens for scalable design systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
Conduct usability testing and iterating based on feedback to improve user experience.
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
Document design decisions and presenting work in design reviews and stakeholder sessions.

Requirements

3–5 years in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping).
Strong understanding of responsive design and interaction patterns.
Experience with usability testing and interpreting qualitative/quantitative feedback.
Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).

Nice to have

Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
Basic motion design or UX writing skills
