Associate, Deal Management (Fintech): Providing proactive support and guidance to the sales team to complete the onboarding process and managing deal structures and contracts with an accent on problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement. Focus on ensuring new clients meet company requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and adapting new processes for efficient deal management.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, Dubai). Arabic speaking is MANDATORY for this role.

What you will do

• Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team throughout the onboarding process.
• Be a creative problem solver to meet clients’ needs while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal teams to ensure efficient client sign-up.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts.
• Support and adapt the execution of new processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Onboarding, Legal).

Requirements

• Very detailed oriented with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Superb communication skills, able to interact with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the payment processing industry and regulations (a plus).
• Experience using Salesforce (a plus).
• Mandatory: Fluency in Arabic and English.
