New Business Development Sales Specialist (Russian Speaking, SaaS): Driving new business acquisition for a leading beauty & wellness marketplace platform with an accent on achieving sales targets and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on proactive outreach to key decision-makers, conducting product demos, and building strong partner relationships to align solutions with business goals.

Location: Hybrid in Dubai, UAE (remote one day/week)

What you will do

  • Achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to acquire new business.
  • Present and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions with their goals.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic, Russian, and English.
