What you will do

• Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to design and execute scalable recruitment processes
• Manage job postings and distribution across job boards and social media
• Proactively source candidates, especially for technical roles
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews efficiently
• Maintain ATS data integrity and improve recruitment workflows
• Provide data-driven insights on recruitment metrics and manage agency relationships

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near New York, NY, United States
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS and technical roles
• Experience with Lever ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Suite
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity
