hirify.global is an early-stage company focused on rapidly scaling its Engineering and Implementation teams.

What you will do

  • Proactively source and build diverse pipelines for engineering and implementation roles using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake, sourcing, screening, to offer and close.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Implementation leaders to deeply understand role requirements.
  • Manage roles and candidates in Ashby, ensuring clean data, timely feedback, and strong candidate communication.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience hiring engineers and/or implementation roles.
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring environments (multiple roles at once).
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills and ability to run full-cycle recruiting processes independently.
  • Comfortable hiring in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring for B2B SaaS, developer, or technical customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with technical stacks (e.g., backend/frontend concepts, APIs, databases).
  • Prior experience in a Series A–C startup or high-growth company.
