Director, People Partner

TL;DR

Director, People Partner: Providing expert guidance and support to leadership on all people-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Focus on developing and implementing people strategies aligned with business objectives, driving organizational performance, and managing complex HR initiatives.

Location: Hybrid (London, United Kingdom). This is a UK-based role and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location, with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice on organizational design, talent acquisition, performance, and leadership development.
• Implement talent management programs, including succession planning and high-potential development.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations in partnership with specialist teams.
• Partner with Compensation, Data & Analytics, and other People functions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, particularly UK employment legislation.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior HRBP role, advising senior leadership on complex matters.
• In-depth experience managing high-profile employee relations cases.
• Success in implementing comprehensive talent programs (e.g., succession planning, leadership development) and leading change management initiatives.
• Exceptional ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing HR professionals.
• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
