TL;DR

People Business Partner (HR): Shaping and implementing people strategies to drive performance, engagement, and an exceptional employee experience across the UK business with an accent on employee relations, talent management, and HR process optimization. Focus on managing complex employee relations cases, leading organizational change and transformation initiatives, and using people data to inform strategic decisions.

Location: Brighton (2 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver people strategies for UK leaders to support business objectives and hirify.global’s culture.
  • Advise and support managers on people-related matters, including employee relations, performance, talent, and L&D.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations, workplace disputes and resolution.
  • Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives across teams and functions.
  • Drive local and global projects focused on employee experience, engagement, inclusion, and operational effectiveness.
  • Coach people managers to develop capability and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work 2 days a week in office in Brighton.
  • Strong employee relations experience and UK employment law compliance.
  • Strong expertise in HR process optimisation, HRIS systems, and data analytics.
  • Skilled at balancing strategic work with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in international or matrixed organisations.
  • A professional HR qualification or equivalent experience.
