TL;DR
Senior People Business Partner: Shaping and implementing people strategies to drive performance, engagement, and employee experience within the UK business with an accent on employee relations, talent management, and HR process optimisation. Focus on leading organisational change, fostering DEI initiatives, and using data to inform people decisions.
Location: Brighton (2 days a week in office). The role requires strong expertise in UK employment law compliance, indicating a focus on the UK market.

What you will do
- Partner with UK leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that support business objectives and βs culture.
- Advise and support managers on people-related matters, including employee relations, performance, talent, and L&D.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations, workplace disputes, and resolution.
- Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives across teams and functions.
- Drive local and global projects focused on employee experience, engagement, inclusion, and operational effectiveness.
- Support and coach people managers to develop capability and career progression within their teams.
Requirements
- Strong employee relations experience.
- Strong expertise in UK employment law compliance.
- Strong expertise in HR process optimisation, HRIS systems, and data analytics.
- Skilled at balancing strategic work with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in international or matrixed organisations.
- Professional HR qualification or equivalent experience.
