What you will do
- Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into clear people plans that support operational and strategic objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organisational design, team effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Support talent identification, succession planning, and leadership capability development across the business.
- Coach leaders on effective performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development conversations.
- Lead and support employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
- Champion hirify.global’s culture, values, and behaviours, supporting engagement initiatives and action planning from employee feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, scaling, or digital environment.
- Strong grounding in employee relations, organisational development, and performance management.
- Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a dynamic organisation.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate commercial needs into effective people solutions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with confidence to challenge constructively.
