Location: This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 3 days per week. Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, with expertise in employment laws in multiple countries including Ireland and a plus for Portugal.

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, development, team effectiveness, and change leadership.
- Provide expert in-country HR guidance and ensure compliance with international employment laws.
- Lead and support cross-country HR initiatives in partnership with People Partners and the People team.
- Drive efforts to strengthen engagement, team dynamics, and productivity with local and distributed leadership.
- Manage complex, multi-jurisdiction employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
- Support performance cycles, talent planning, compensation processes, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with direct responsibility for partnering with local leadership.
- In-depth expertise in employment laws and compliance across multiple countries including Ireland (Portugal is a plus).
- Extensive experience managing complex employee relations across jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and translate insights into strategy.
- Proven ability to influence leaders, drive change, and partner effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
