HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner: Supporting employees, managers, and leaders, driving a scalable HR service delivery model by executing simple, intuitive, and impactful HR solutions with an accent on leveraging deep knowledge of local markets and HR practices, strengthening organizational health, and driving a high-performance culture. Focus on optimizing talent, strengthening connections, reinforcing accountability, and managing complex, multi-jurisdiction employee relations matters.

Location: This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 3 days per week. Must be based in Dublin, Ireland, with expertise in employment laws in multiple countries including Ireland and a plus for Portugal.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, development, team effectiveness, and change leadership.
• Provide expert in-country HR guidance and ensure compliance with international employment laws.
• Lead and support cross-country HR initiatives in partnership with People Partners and the People team.
• Drive efforts to strengthen engagement, team dynamics, and productivity with local and distributed leadership.
• Manage complex, multi-jurisdiction employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
• Support performance cycles, talent planning, compensation processes, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with direct responsibility for partnering with local leadership.
• In-depth expertise in employment laws and compliance across multiple countries including Ireland (Portugal is a plus).
• Extensive experience managing complex employee relations across jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and translate insights into strategy.
• Proven ability to influence leaders, drive change, and partner effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
