What you will do
- Advise, educate, and coach managers on a range of employee relations issues.
- Act as the HR point of contact for the hirify.global.com team.
- Manage and consult on all ER policies and procedures, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships throughout the business.
- Connect people and business strategy to create success and allow the company culture to thrive.
Requirements
- Experience dealing with a range of employee relations issues in a fast-moving business.
- Ability to communicate with confidence across diverse teams, from graduates to senior leaders.
- Experience delivering proactive business partnering to support managers in creating a high-performance culture.
- Adaptability to change and a desire to be part of a rapidly evolving environment.
- CIPD qualified is essential.
- Experience planning, leading, and supporting local and global operational initiatives and strategic HR projects.
