TL;DR

HR Business Partner (HR): Partnering with stakeholders to manage people processes and fostering a high-performance culture with an accent on employee relations, policy management, and manager coaching. Focus on delivering proactive business partnering and contributing to strategic HR initiatives within a rapidly evolving environment.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in-office) in London, UK

What you will do

  • Advise, educate, and coach managers on a range of employee relations issues.
  • Act as the HR point of contact for the hirify.global.com team.
  • Manage and consult on all ER policies and procedures, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships throughout the business.
  • Connect people and business strategy to create success and allow the company culture to thrive.

Requirements

  • Experience dealing with a range of employee relations issues in a fast-moving business.
  • Ability to communicate with confidence across diverse teams, from graduates to senior leaders.
  • Experience delivering proactive business partnering to support managers in creating a high-performance culture.
  • Adaptability to change and a desire to be part of a rapidly evolving environment.
  • CIPD qualified is essential.
  • Experience planning, leading, and supporting local and global operational initiatives and strategic HR projects.
