What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to understand the business strategy and make people-focused decisions.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees at all levels.
  • Coach managers on HR interventions and help them identify people challenges.
  • Manage employee relation cases from initial advice to completion.
  • Work with managers to identify and manage talent profiles and training needs.
  • Deliver HR support in annual salary and bonus reviews, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong HR business partnering experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of employment law and experience handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience collaborating with HR disciplines including compensation, recruiting, and talent management.
  • Experience managing projects and driving initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Experience of working within a technology environment.
  • Broad understanding of managing annual salary reviews and performance management.
