What you will do
- Lead the development and delivery of seamless People experiences across the entire employee journey.
- Embed an engaging, structured, and individualized onboarding journey for all new hires.
- Optimize the People tech stack to build efficiency and automate operations.
- Play a key role in delivering the strategic People roadmap, focusing on learning, development, and performance enablement.
- Establish a listening strategy across the business and ensure follow-up activities are planned.
- Ensure the People function is legally compliant, leading on policy development and managing employee relations issues.
Requirements
- Experienced People professional with a strong record of success in process improvement and developing People functions.
- Strong understanding of, and experience working with, UK employment law.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is required.
- Proven experience leading People Operations delivery, including complex employee relations cases and building manager capability.
- Experience working successfully in partnership with senior leaders and influencing with confidence.
- Proficient in using HR systems and digital tools.
