What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing programs.
- Conduct account research to develop personalized outreach strategies, leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM) insights.
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including email outreach and social media engagement.
- Utilize account intelligence tools to source contact information.
- Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects to introduce hirify.global’s solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and German (both spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Google Apps, LinkedIn, Salesforce, or other sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
