What you will do

• Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce and other business applications.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Design, build, and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with team members to manage integrations between Salesforce, WordPress, Linux servers, and other internal systems.
• Support system users by troubleshooting technical issues and delivering training/documentation.
• Maintain system security, user access, and data integrity across platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT, Information Systems, or Business Applications, with hands-on experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven track record in building and managing automation workflows (Flows, Process Builder, or similar).
• Experience with WordPress and PHP.
• Familiarity with Linux servers and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Experience with Make.com or n8n.
