TL;DR

Location: Remote (US - preference for Los Angeles, New York, or Austin for occasional in-person collaboration)

hirify.global is a high-growth startup team of just over 30 employees, leveraging modern SaaS tools to power its operations.

What you will do

  • Provide rapid IT support for hardware, software, and access issues across Mac, Windows, and mobile devices.
  • Administer core IT systems like Okta (SSO) and Google Workspace, managing user accounts, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle, including deployment, configuration, software installations, and inventory management.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems across various systems, applications, and network connectivity.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices, including multi-factor authentication and access controls.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and continuously refine support workflows and policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration, preferably in a remote or hybrid team environment.
  • Strong familiarity with Okta for identity management, Google Workspace administration, Slack, Mac, and Windows environments.
  • Solid background in basic cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving IT processes and documentation.
  • Must be eligible to work remotely from the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, Python, or Google Apps Script).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, Google IT Support, or Okta Certified Administrator).
