What you will do

• Streamline IT systems by evaluating and implementing centralized identity and access management tools.
• Lead the rollout of a password manager and define policies for account access and permissions.
• Oversee company hardware lifecycle, including ordering, setup, shipping, retrieval, and inventory tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Partner with Security and Operations teams to support SOC 2 readiness and promote IT best practices.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, software renewals, and licensing compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT administration, systems management, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing or remote-first company.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS tools, identity management systems, and MDM solutions.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other core collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and similar compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
