What you will do

• Provide internal IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage company IT infrastructure including device management and onboarding across all operating systems
• Administer internal network structure and WAN connections
• Configure hardware, employee accounts, operating systems, and applications with access rights management
• Analyze and optimize IT processes and systems independently
• Focus on security to support the cloud-only strategy

Requirements

• Completed IT-oriented training or equivalent professional experience
• Professional experience in IT support
• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and network management (IP, WLAN)
• Independent, structured, and problem-solving work style with strong analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of English
• Location: Hybrid work in Madrid, Spain
