TL;DR

Agentic GenAI Consultant Senior Consultant (AI): Designing and developing front-end and back-end components of applications within the data science and AI consulting team with an accent on GenAI and agentic solutions. Focus on designing agentic workflows with HITL gates, auditability, policy controls, and robust evaluation/monitoring for regulated clients.

Location: Fully flexible in terms of assignment location, with an office base in London, Manchester or Glasgow, assignments may involve periods of time away from home at short notice. You need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years to be able to apply for this role.

What you will do

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying both front-end and back-end components of applications focusing on GenAI and agentic solutions.
• Collaborating with cloud architects, data scientists, product managers, and business consultants to bring ideas to production.
• Designing agentic workflows with HITL gates, auditability, policy controls, and robust evaluation/monitoring suitable for regulated clients.
• Translating business challenges into AI-powered solutions, leveraging Generative and Agentic AI, data science, and analytics.
• Contributing to business development by building AI demonstrators, contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.

Requirements

• Experience working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry with a Consulting mindset.
• Experience designing and developing full-stack applications across the application lifecycle.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions using traditional Machine Learning models, Generative AI models, and Agentic AI frameworks in a client-facing environment.
• Experience with GenAI and Agentic solutions, including data engineering in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in languages & frameworks such as Python (3.10+), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), SQL, Bash, React.js, Next.js.
• You need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years to be able to apply for this role

Nice to have

• AI Engineering skills: RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, MCP, LLM integration (OpenAI, Gemini or other models from Huggingface), LangSmith, TruLens.
• Experience with Agentic Frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, OpenAI Agents, Google ADK.
