What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop territory strategies for lead discovery and qualification.
  • Generate new business opportunities via outbound cold calling, emails, social media, and video communications.
  • Qualify and develop inbound leads generated by campaigns and digital events.
  • Support the progression of sales opportunities by re-engaging and nurturing leads.
  • Build trusted customer relationships by acting as a business advisor.
  • Leverage Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, DiscoverOrg, and Outreach for tracking and forecasting outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Creativity and resilience when researching leads and cold calling prospects.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities and a track record of ownership and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of proven outbound lead generation experience in a technology environment required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and DiscoverOrg is a plus.
