What you will do
- Determine HR technology needs for prospective companies (under 50 employees).
- Present hirify.global's tech stack and prepare proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to client conversion.
- Develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with CPAs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas for your territory.
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
- 1-2 years experience in a sales position.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory for in-person meetings.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Critical thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.
