TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (B2B Sales): Driving new business and achieving revenue goals by acquiring accounts in the debt collection and skip tracing industries with an accent on effective prospecting, client relationship building, and negotiation. Focus on product demonstrations, market research, and coordinating with marketing and product teams.

Location: Remote (must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KY, MD, MI, MO, NH, NJ, NV, NC, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA or WY).

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Engage in daily prospecting activities to drive new business through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast to accurately predict revenue and achieve sales goals.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of hirify.global products and communicate their value for Collections and Skip Tracing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients remotely, at client locations, and during trade events.
  • Regularly visit customer sites to discuss industry, business challenges, and specific needs.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to fine-tune messaging and product offerings.
  • Perform market research to stay informed about competitors and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the debt collection and skip-tracing industries.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong cold calling and outbound sales skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, OutReach, and sales analytics tools.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KY, MD, MI, MO, NH, NJ, NV, NC, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA or WY.
