What you will do
- Execute territory growth strategies aligned with NXP’s Intelligent Edge vision.
- Forge strong partnerships with distribution leaders and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Develop joint business plans with distribution partners for demand creation and market penetration.
- Deliver consistent training to distribution teams on NPIs and NXP solutions.
- Lead local and corporate marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners.
- Perform regular funnel reviews and engage in joint customer visits to advance opportunities.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical and commercial issues.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor technical sales, distribution management, or field applications engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to stay current with evolving technologies (processing, connectivity, analog).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel (primarily domestic).
Nice to have
- Experience with distribution management and QBR processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, funnel management, and opportunity review best practices.
- Familiarity with embedded computing architectures (MCU, MPU, NPU).
- Exposure to Edge AI concepts.
