Sr. Manager, Partner Sales (SaaS): Responsible for subregional results and partner revenue, encouraging and accelerating the adoption of hirify.global Cloud-based solutions, with an accent on achieving indirect sales targets, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting. Focus on developing excellent, long-lasting partner relationships, coaching team talent, and creating new routes to market.

Location: Remote within the USA (Florida, New York, Massachusetts, North Carolina)

Salary: $135,600.00 – $238,600.00

What you will do

  • Achieve growth and exceed indirect sales targets while driving pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Execute and communicate partner sales strategy and set the operational direction for the assigned region.
  • Develop and promote excellent, long-lasting partner relationships by understanding the needs of partners and their customers.
  • Develop and guide team talent while achieving overall team quota to encourage revenue for hirify.global.
  • Work with organizations to create and implement creative go-to-market strategies and new routes to market.
  • Coordinate development of sales and marketing materials and ensure partner compliance with agreements.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years’ experience in the SaaS industry with technology partners, sales, business development, or consulting in a global setting.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding partner sales quotas and establishing and managing partner relationships.
  • Skilled in coaching and development, active listening, motivating others, and influencing for change.
  • Ability to work with complexity, while navigating and leading change in alignment with overall sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to develop multiple team members.
  • Experience in the Enterprise software or Customer Relationship Management industry, selling Software as a Service.
